HSBC PLAT5 Premium circle program

I received a call from my bank HSBC around 8 months ago to avail few benefits on my credit card. We the CC holders keep on receiving such calls from the call centres to buy a program or upgrade the card etc etc.. usually I listen to the offers at least once so that I can upgrade myself with whats new around & how the trends are changing in the market, as the competition has increased almost in every field be it banking, pharmaceutical or routine goods. I am deviating from the topic...



What I want to share is they offered me a program in association with a firm called PLAT5 Consultancy Pvt Ltd. In which they gave me a holiday package, flight voucher, 5% cash back, 3 international vouchers & a branded polo watch.. The entire package was being offered for INR 6055 inclusive of service taxes..



At that point I was moving abroad for 2 months for some project so straight said a clear "NO" as the money would go waste. But the agent insisted that I can avail the international offers & get up to Rs 10,000 waived off on any cruise I board or amusement park I visit or any sports event which I watch out there. I just need to prove that I have utilized the coupon on my own. I told him to give a callback so that I can think about it.



He again called me back in the evening 7 convinced me to buy the offer. To my surprise I actually got around Rs. 7000 waived off against my cruise pass which I boarded .



I can firmly say that HSBC takes care of its customers pretty well & provide them with such nice offers.



The service provider PLAT5 is doing a commendable job here by making joint efforts with the bank.
